On 5/8/2014 I started using the following:

Berry Greens
Because I am not getting enough fruits and vegetables in my diet these days. Greens are to help detoxify, alkalize and energize your body with every glass.

Due to being overly tired even when I do get more then my normal 3-4 hours sleep a night and depressed. As you can see from my log, my calorie and fat intake is fairly low.  I weight myself at the same time with the same attire on (naked), because I know the body throughout the day will fluctuate 2 lbs. 
I did have more energy, I was not stressed or depressed even though I have plenty in my life to constitute depression.  Sadly though I did not lose any weight. 

So for me the Greens and Confianza helped a great deal but the ThermoFit did nothing. Unless you count staying at the same weight the whole time as a positive.

My Hair Skin and Nails results!

My HSN results after ALMOST 4 weeks was fabulous. Not only did my nails grow fast, they grew extremely strong and healthy. It was the best I have ever seen my nails! I didn't document it the first time, but I start month 2 tomorrow, and you bet I'll be documenting it!
My hair growth was amazing. It grew almost an inch, but it was also fuller and thicker, and it felt awesome!

Intro to ItWorks!

My name is Brianna, and my introduction to ItWorks was through my sister, Christina. She told me about these products and how they had worked for her, and I decided to try them. I signed up as a loyal customer under her, and went for it. Well, I did my first 3 months as a LC, and I cancelled my auto-shipment. Biggest-mistake-EVER! What I should have done was research other products, and came to the realization that every month, I did not need to place hundred-dollar orders. I could have, and should have, made it work in the times I could not afford a bulk of products.

I did not do the wraps consistently, and I shared some with friends. Although I saw some success with the products, I went into customer panic mode and thought I couldn't afford it. Well, that's not always the case.

First starting out, my heart was not fully in it. I didn't commit to it fully, mentally or physically. I wanted quick results my first time out with everything. Well, guess what. Being healthy, committing to fitness, and changing your life is not a quick fix-wake up call number one!

Introducing Charline...

Hi, I'm Charline.

I got started with "It Works!" when my friend Christina asked me to come over and hang out so she could show me this new body wrap that she was all excited about. She and I had previously participated in an Art/Craft event up in Napa, and I’m pretty sure that’s where we both became aware of the “It Works!” product line. We met an interesting woman with an amazing story, and saw the undeniable proof (aka photos) of her weight loss transformation. Until now, I had forgotten all about this company. Christina on the other hand, had not.

“I lost three inches!” she gushed into the phone, and I smiled at her obvious excitement.

Having sustained a low back injury which keeps me from my normally active lifestyle, and having gained ten pounds because of it, I was definitely curious about the "It Works!"products now. Plus, spending time with my best friend is always a fun thing, and who knows? Maybe I’d lose an inch or two... I agreed to go over and be “wrapped.”

So, the infamous “wrap” night arrived, and it was fun. Christina and I chit chatted about work, books, et cetera while each wearing a body wrap. Having used other detox/fat loss wraps before I will state that this one was a LOT different. No having to strip down to nothing only to then be wrapped up tighter than Tutankhamen in ace bandages that have been soaking in a detox solution. So to start, please introduce yourself and tell us briefly why you started using the It Works products.  I'll start!

My name is Christina.  I started taking the products as I wanted to start losing weight in a healthy manner without the use of chemicals.  Since I had been unable to physically train due to an injury, I needed a hand to be healthy, lose weight, and to tighten up the flab.  After using the products, I decided I loved them so much that I wanted to earn money while sharing these wonderful products with the world.  Thus, the Fitness Life Team was born!
